I Can Help You Get Through These Turbulent Times

I’ve personally already been in the same shoes as my clients in foreclosure. Though it was 20 years ago when I went through it, not that much has changed. I very personally know what it feels like and I’m sure you’re not liking what’s happening any more than I did. I know what you’ll be going through now, 5 years from now, 10 years from now, and even 20 years from now. And there will be things that you simply won’t think of, anticipate, or expect. At least I sure didn’t . But on the other hand, we can help guide you through the “rocks and shoals” of this perilous water like no other captain.

An analogy that I like to give:

Unless you’ve built a boat and sailed around the world by yourself, there is no way that anyone can tell you what it’s like. No one who can tell you the emotions you’ll feel and the things that you’ll run into – both expected and unexpected. No one can anticipate all the real world incidental things that will happen unless you’ve actually experienced them like I have.

There will still be things that will happen 10 and 20 years down the road from your decisions today and it’s only when you’ve been through it that you know what those are. One of the advantages that I have is that in consulting with my clients is they know that I’m non-judgmental and that I’m “on their side” and seek win-win resolutions in the best interests of all the parties involved. Much of our success comes because of the fact that I know exactly what it feels like to go through what they are going through. So I don’t go the extra mile. I go the extra two miles because of it.
Not because of what I “think” it feels like. But becaue I KNOW what it feels like.

But the one silver lining is that years from now, if you keep a good attitude and you make lemonade out of your lemons; you’ll look upon these problems and tribulation as a liberating event. In an ironic twist, maybe one of the best things that ever happened. Just ask, “Gee, I wonder what really cool thing is going to come from this happening to me?” And you’ll get an answer. I don’t know how it works, but it does.

At least that’s my objective in getting you through this just as I did for myself two decades ago.

This was a blog video I did on why you should use me vs. anyone else to help you get through this rough patch. At the very least I can double check to make sure you’re not using the many incompetent resources out there that are only going to help you dig a deeper ditch to be stuck in later. It’s soooooo much easier to do it right the first time then to fail and have to fix bad results in what is usually last minute, emergency conditions. PLEASE Call me early in the process!

Even if you don’t use our services, PLEASE always remember that attitude is everything. If you look at it from the standpoint, “Gees, I wonder what cool thing is going to come out of this?” You’ll be open to all the incredible possibilities. If you look for the doughnut, you’ll see that. If you only look for the hole, you’ll see that too. I personally suggest you only look for the dougnut and not the hole. I know you’re going though some tough times, but I promise that “this too, shall pass”.
